Payment Policy

  • Monthly Billing
Each invoice covers classes from the 1st to the 31st of the month.
If you join mid-month, your first invoice will be prorated to align with our cycle.

    Payment Deadline
All group classes have to be paid by the 15th of the previous month (e.g. July classes paid by 15 June).

    • An invoice will sent during the first week of each month and payment made within 7 days.

    • Absences & Proration

      • Inform us by the 10th of the current month if you will miss any classes next month.

      • Absences notified before the 10th can be prorated in the following month’s fees.

      • Notifications received after the 10th are not eligible for proration, and the full monthly fee applies.

    • Make-Up Classes
Even if you’re absent, you remain entitled to request a make-up session, subject to availability.

    Late Payment

Invoices are issued on the 8th of each month for the following month’s classes (e.g. February classes will be invoiced on 8 January). Payment is strictly due by the 15th of the same month.

If payment remains unsettled beyond this point, accounts will continue to be tracked internally. Should payment still be outstanding by the 8th of the next month, a 5% administrative fee will be applied to the overdue balance to cover the additional follow-up and processing required.

This fee is not intended as a penalty or profit, but as an administrative measure for the extra effort involved in managing late payments.

    • Invoices & Sessions
Payment for private coaching is charged on a per-session basis, unless otherwise arranged.
Court bookings are included in your invoice.

    • Cancellations & Charges

      • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be fully chargeable, including court costs.

      • Sessions cancelled with 1–7 days’ notice are subject to a 50% coaching fee, as court bookings are non-refundable once secured.

    • Emergencies
We understand that life happens — medical and family emergencies will be considered case-by-case. Proof may be requested for recurring cases.

      • Medical reasons (e.g. flu, injury – recurring cases may require proof).

      • Family emergencies (e.g. bereavement, urgent care duties).

Note: If emergencies occur more than 2–3 times in 2 months, we may check in to discuss more sustainable scheduling.

    • Work-Related Cancellations
We understand that overtime and last-minute work can interfere. Occasional cancellations are fine, but if frequent we may suggest:

      • A more flexible or off-peak time slot.

      • Switching to ad-hoc sessions.

      • Joining a group class with a fixed schedule.
